One analysis covers one document processed by Alawyer's clause review engine. A 10-page NDA and a 90-page M&A share purchase agreement each count as one analysis. The output is a structured report covering the document's clauses.
Yes. Change plans anytime in your account settings. Upgrades begin immediately, while downgrades start with the next billing cycle. Unused Solo analyses do not roll over to the following month.
Team and Enterprise include a GDPR-compliant Article 28 DPA. It describes Alawyer GmbH's processor role, the personal data categories handled, technical and organizational measures, and sub-processor terms. Solo subscribers can request a DPA at [email protected] before starting their trial.
Monthly plans have no minimum term. Cancel anytime and keep access through the current billing period. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months and are non-refundable after the 14-day trial.
Data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany. No data leaves the EU. Sub-processors operating outside the EU cannot access your firm's documents or analyses.
